Endpapers: Oil pattern on water: that’s how marbled paper was made in the past. The National Museum of Playing Cards in Turnhout preserves authentic Brepols marbled paper.
We scanned it in and use it as the basis for the endpapers. Each color notebook has a corresponding customized endpaper.
Bookmark: Convenient, above all. But the colored bookmark is also the finishing touch of your de KEMPEN notebook.
Corner: There is a corner cut. A reference to the Brepols missals that received additional reinforcement at the corners.
