Fabriano Artistico Acquarello is a mould made watercolour paper. It is made from 100% cotton fibres and is chlorine- and acid-free. It thereby is guaranteeing long conservation and excellent long-term resistance. The paper is glued both in the mass and on the surface, ensuring ideal absorption and preserving a good finish even after scratching. Available in Extra White and Traditional White and obtained without optical whitening. Two edges are untrimmed. The paper is watermarked ‘FABRIANO + ARTISTICO’ across the width. The direction of the fibre is parallel to the width. The excellent quality and versatility of this paper will satisfy the requirements of the most discerning artists.

This paper is produced on a round mould using exclusive Magnani 1404 marking pens. Its acid- and chlorine-free 100% cotton composition makes it resistant to yellowing from UV rays, guaranteeing durability over time and maximum yield from the colour applied. Acquerello Italia paper has a fine grain and is particularly suitable for all wet techniques such as watercolour, gouache, ink and acrylics.
